【摘要】：目的：探討CD44V6和Bcl-2在眼瞼部基底細(xì)胞癌中的表達(dá),分析兩者之間的相關(guān)性。方法：1.利用S-P免疫組化法檢測(cè)52例眼瞼部基底細(xì)胞癌組織中CD44V6和Bcl-2蛋白的表達(dá)。2.有序多變量資料比較采用Kruskal-Wallis檢驗(yàn),兩組之間比較采用x2檢驗(yàn),CD44V6和Bcl-2蛋白相關(guān)性分析采用Spearman等級(jí)相關(guān)。結(jié)果：1.CD44V6未分化組陽(yáng)性率為35.71%,復(fù)發(fā)組陽(yáng)性率為57.14%。未分化型與分化型比較、復(fù)發(fā)組和未復(fù)發(fā)組比較,CD44V6的表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。2.Bcl-2復(fù)發(fā)組陽(yáng)性率為57.14%,未復(fù)發(fā)組陽(yáng)性率高達(dá)97.78%,復(fù)發(fā)及未復(fù)發(fā)眼瞼部基底細(xì)胞癌組間陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。3.CD44V6和Bcl-2在眼瞼部基底細(xì)胞癌中的表達(dá)無(wú)相關(guān)性。結(jié)論：眼瞼部基底細(xì)胞癌未分化組CD44V6陽(yáng)性率較高,未復(fù)發(fā)組Bcl-2陽(yáng)性率較高,但兩者無(wú)相關(guān)性,提示CD44V6和Bcl-2可能參與了眼瞼部基底細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展過程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of CD44V6 and Bcl-2 in basal cell carcinoma of eyelid. Methods 1. S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD44V6 and Bcl-2 protein in 52 cases of eyelid basal cell carcinoma. The ordered multivariate data were compared with Kruskal-Wallis test. The correlation between CD44V6 and Bcl-2 protein was analyzed by Spearman grade correlation between the two groups. Results the positive rate of undifferentiated group was 35.71 and the positive rate of recurrent group was 57.14.The positive rate of undifferentiated type was higher than that of differentiation type. The positive rate of CD44V6 expression in recurrent group was 57.144.The positive rate in non-recurrence group was 97.78. The positive rate of CD44V6 expression in recurrent and non-recurrent eyelid basal cell carcinoma groups was statistically significant. 2. The positive rate of CD44V6 expression in recurrent and non-recurrent eyelid basal cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in non-recurrence group. There was no correlation between CD44V6 and Bcl-2 expression in eyelid basal cell carcinoma. Conclusion: the positive rate of CD44V6 is higher in undifferentiated group of eyelid basal cell carcinoma. The positive rate of Bcl-2 in non-recurrence group was higher, but there was no correlation between them, suggesting that CD44V6 and Bcl-2 might be involved in the occurrence and development of basal cell carcinoma of eyelid.
