【摘要】：目的：探討同切口青光眼白內(nèi)障聯(lián)合手術(shù)對角膜源性散光的影響。 方法：對30例32眼青光眼合并白內(nèi)障患者行同切口白內(nèi)障囊外摘除人工晶體植入聯(lián)合小梁切除手術(shù)。采用電腦驗光曲率儀測量術(shù)前,及術(shù)后3天、1周、1月、3月的角膜曲率的變化。 結(jié)果：術(shù)后3天散光度為3.09±0.59D達最大,以逆規(guī)性散光為主,與術(shù)前相比,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。1周后散光度為1.75±0.58D仍以逆規(guī)性散光為主,與術(shù)前相比,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。3月時散光度為0.73±0.22D以順規(guī)性散光為主,較術(shù)前差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：同切口青白聯(lián)合手術(shù)術(shù)后早期可產(chǎn)生較大的散光,但大多數(shù)患者的角膜散光度可隨時間的延長而逐漸減少,3月基本與術(shù)前相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of combined cataract surgery with the same incision on corneal astigmatism. Methods: thirty cases (32 eyes) of glaucoma complicated with cataract were treated with intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy with the same incision. And the changes of corneal curvature 3 days after operation, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation. Results: the maximum astigmatism was 3.09 鹵0.59D on the 3rd day after operation, and the main astigmatism was inverse astigmatism. The difference was statistically significant compared with that before operation. The astigmatism of 1.75 鹵0.58D was still the reverse astigmatism after 1 week compared with that before operation. The astigmatism of 0.73 鹵0.22D was mainly regular astigmatism at 3 months, which had no statistical significance compared with that before operation. Conclusion: large astigmatism can be produced in the early stage of combined operation with the same incision, but the corneal astigmatism of most of the patients can decrease gradually with the prolongation of time, and the astigmatism of the cornea in 3 months is almost the same as that before operation.
