【摘要】：目的了解太原市中小學(xué)生視力保健相關(guān)知識(shí)現(xiàn)況及獲取方式,為開展有針對(duì)性的防近健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,對(duì)太原市1 456名城鄉(xiāng)中小學(xué)生進(jìn)行視力保健相關(guān)知識(shí)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及視力檢查。結(jié)果學(xué)生主觀認(rèn)為視力不良率為49.2%,體檢視力不良率為51.2%。視力保健相關(guān)知識(shí)得分城市學(xué)生(6.23±1.65)高于鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)生(5.95±1.68),女生(6.26±1.60)高于男生(5.92±1.72),視力不良學(xué)生(5.80±1.74)高于視力正常學(xué)生(5.80±1.74),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.01);視力保健相關(guān)知識(shí)得分隨著年級(jí)的升高而增高。視力保健相關(guān)知識(shí)總體知曉率較低的問(wèn)題包括視力不良的含義(34.4%),做眼保健操時(shí)眼睛應(yīng)有酸脹感(49.2%),吃過(guò)多甜食、零食會(huì)影響視力(56.1%),初次配鏡需要散瞳(64.7%)。學(xué)生用眼知識(shí)主要來(lái)源于廣播、電視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、報(bào)紙(57.9%),其次是醫(yī)生(51.2%);而學(xué)生希望獲取知識(shí)的途徑首選醫(yī)生(60.4%)。結(jié)論學(xué)生視力保健相關(guān)知識(shí)相對(duì)缺乏,亟需有效的干預(yù)。學(xué)生最希望從醫(yī)生處獲取相關(guān)知識(shí),為開展干預(yù)提供了可能性。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of knowledge about visual health care among primary and middle school students in Taiyuan, and to provide the basis for carrying out targeted health education. Methods stratified cluster random sampling was used. In Taiyuan, 1 456 primary and middle school students from urban and rural areas were investigated with knowledge of vision health care. Results the subjective rate of visual acuity was 49.2%, the rate of physical examination was 51.2%, and the score of knowledge about vision health care was urban science. The scores of students with visual health care were higher than those of students with normal visual acuity (6.23 鹵1.65) and rural students (5.95 鹵1.68, 6.26 鹵1.60), 5.92 鹵1.72 and 5.80 鹵1.74) than those with normal visual acuity (5.80 鹵1.74), the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01), and the scores of knowledge about visual health care increased with the increase of grade. The problems with low awareness of health related knowledge in general included the meaning of poor eyesight, the sense of acidness in the eyes while doing eye exercises, and eating too much sweet food. Snacks can affect your eyesight 56.1%, the first time you need a mirror, you need to dilate your pupil 64.70.The students' eye knowledge comes mainly from radio, television, and the Internet. Newspaper 57.9%, followed by doctors 51.2%, and students want to acquire knowledge through the first choice of doctors. Conclusion students have relatively little knowledge about visual health care and need effective intervention. Students most want to obtain relevant knowledge from doctors. This provides the possibility for intervention.
