【摘要】：本文對(duì)鼻腔鼻竇小圓細(xì)胞惡性腫瘤(嗅神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤、橫紋肌肉瘤、無(wú)色素性惡性黑色素瘤、小細(xì)胞癌、Ewing肉瘤/原始神經(jīng)外胚葉腫瘤及NK/T細(xì)胞淋巴瘤等)的臨床病理特點(diǎn)、免疫表型、超微結(jié)構(gòu)特征及細(xì)胞遺傳學(xué)改變進(jìn)行了歸納,重點(diǎn)討論臨床病理特點(diǎn)和免疫組化染色特點(diǎn)對(duì)診斷及鑒別診斷的提示作用。
[Abstract]:The clinicopathological features of small round cell malignant tumors (olfactory neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, non-pigmented malignant melanoma, small cell carcinoma of small cell carcinoma, Ewing sarcoma / primitive neuroectodermal tumor and NK/T cell lymphoma) in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were studied. The immunophenotype, ultrastructural features and cytogenetic changes were summarized, with emphasis on the role of clinicopathological features and immunohistochemical staining in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
