【摘要】：目的探討良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(BPPV)患者前庭雙溫交替試驗(yàn)的特點(diǎn)。方法采用前庭雙溫交替試驗(yàn)法檢測(cè)57例BPPV患者(BPPV組)及60名正常對(duì)照者(正常對(duì)照組)的最大慢相速度和半規(guī)管輕癱(CP)發(fā)生率,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果 BPPV組眼震最大慢相速度[(14.13±14.22)°/s]與正常對(duì)照組[(13.69±12.35)°/s]比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。BPPV組CP 28例(49.1%),正常對(duì)照組CP 8例(13.3%),二者比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。BPPV組患側(cè)CP發(fā)生率明顯高于健側(cè)(P0.05)。后半規(guī)管BPPV、水平半規(guī)管BPPV及上半規(guī)管BPPV患者CP發(fā)生率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 BPPV組患者CP發(fā)生率增高,且患側(cè)的CP發(fā)生率明顯高于健側(cè)。前庭雙溫交替試驗(yàn)有助于BPPV患者的定位診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of vestibular double temperature alternating test in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods the maximum value of vestibular double temperature alternating test was detected in 57 patients with BPPV and 60 normal controls. Slow phase velocity and incidence of semicircular canal paresis, Results the maximum slow phase velocity of nystagmus in BPPV group [14.13 鹵14.22 擄/ s] was compared with that in normal control group [13.69 鹵12.35 擄/ s]. There was no significant difference in CP between BPPV group (n = 28) and normal control group (n = 8). The incidence of CP in the affected side was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of CP in the patients with horizontal semicircular canal BPPV and upper semicircular canal BPPV was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group (P 0.05), and the incidence of CP in the patients with horizontal semicircular canal BPPV and upper semicircular canal BPPV was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion the incidence of CP in the BPPV group is higher than that in the normal side. The vestibular double temperature alternating test is helpful for the localization diagnosis of BPPV patients.
