【摘要】：目的探討可彎曲探針聯(lián)合70度鼻內(nèi)窺鏡在上頜竇真菌病鼻內(nèi)窺鏡手術(shù)中的作用。方法 72例非侵襲性真菌性上頜竇炎患者分為兩組,40例在術(shù)中使用了可彎曲探針以及70度鼻內(nèi)窺鏡(A組),32例術(shù)中單純使用0度鼻內(nèi)窺鏡(B組)。比較兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果 A組痊愈38例,痊愈率95.00%。B組痊愈22例,痊愈率68.75%。A組痊愈率高于B組(P0.01)。結(jié)論可彎曲探針聯(lián)合70度鼻內(nèi)窺鏡治療上頜竇真菌病療效可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of flexible probe combined with 70 degree endoscopy in endoscopic surgery of maxillary sinus mycosis. Methods 72 cases of noninvasive fungal maxillary sinusitis were divided into two groups: 40 cases were treated with flexible probe during operation. And 32 cases of group A were treated with 0 degree nasal endoscope during operation. Results 38 cases of group A were cured. The cure rate of group B was higher than that of group B (P 0.01). Conclusion the effect of curable probe combined with 70 degree nasal endoscope on maxillary sinus mycosis is reliable.
