【摘要】：目的探討氪黃激光聯(lián)合曲安奈德治療糖尿病彌漫性黃斑水腫的臨床療效。方法糖尿病彌漫性黃斑水腫患者65例(80眼)按照就診時間的順序分為治療組與對照組各40眼,兩組均應(yīng)用氪黃激光進行黃斑區(qū)格柵樣光凝,需行全視網(wǎng)膜光凝者在黃斑格柵樣光凝后進行,在此基礎(chǔ)上治療組給予曲安奈德治療。結(jié)果治療組與對照組的有效率分別為95.0%和85.0%,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療前視網(wǎng)膜厚度治療組為(632.25±91.25)μm,對照組為(635.21±17.25)μm,兩組差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.696),治療后都有明顯下降,分別為(276.25±17.62)μm和(312.52±93.12)μm,同時期組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組治療前視力對比無明顯差異,治療后1個月與治療后3個月都有明顯提高,同時期組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組與對照組的滲漏消失率分別為52.5%和37.5%,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論氪黃激光聯(lián)合曲安奈德治療糖尿病彌漫性黃斑水腫能有效提高綜合療效,降低視網(wǎng)膜厚度及熒光滲漏。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of krypton yellow laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of diabetic diffuse macular edema. Methods 65 cases (80 eyes) of diabetic diffuse macular edema (DM) were divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). Both groups were treated with krypton yellow laser in macular area grid like photocoagulation, and all retina photocoagulation was performed after macular grid photocoagulation. Results the effective rates of triamcinolone acetonide in treatment group and control group were 95.0% and 85.0%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The retinal thickness before treatment was 632.25 鹵91.25 渭 m in the treatment group and 635.21 鹵17.25 渭 m in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in P0. 696, and there was a significant decrease in P0. 696 after treatment. The visual acuity of the two groups was 276.25 鹵17.62 渭 m and 312.52 鹵93.12 渭 m, respectively. There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). The visual acuity of the two groups increased significantly 1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the same period (P 0.05). The leakage disappearance rates of the treatment group and the control group were 52.5% and 37.5%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Krypton yellow laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide is effective in the treatment of diffuse macular disease in diabetes mellitus. Edema can effectively improve the comprehensive curative effect. Reduce retinal thickness and fluorescent leakage.
