【摘要】：正經(jīng)過三十年的實驗研究,骨錨式助聽器(BAHA)對那些耳蝸結(jié)構(gòu)完好、單純性或混合性傳導(dǎo)性聾患者的治療效果非常顯著。BAHA通常應(yīng)用在中耳腔接受過手術(shù)、長期流膿且不適用傳統(tǒng)助聽器的慢性中耳炎患者或者沒有空間安裝設(shè)備的外耳畸形患者(主要是外耳道閉鎖)。由于BAHA強大的聲學(xué)信號擴增能力及多種型號的出現(xiàn),其植入的適應(yīng)癥廣泛增加。BAHA Cordelle II不同于之前的型號,其處理器包含了一
[Abstract]:After 30 years of experimental research, bone anchor hearing aids (BAHA) have been used to treat cochlea in patients with well-constructed, simple or mixed conductive deafness. BAHA is usually used in the middle ear cavity. Chronic otitis media patients with chronic suppuration who are not suitable for traditional hearing aids or patients with external ear deformity (mainly atresia of the external auditory canal) who do not have space to install equipment.
