【摘要】：目的:了解中關(guān)村地區(qū)學(xué)齡前兒童聽(tīng)力篩查異常的主要原因。方法:采用畸變產(chǎn)物耳聲發(fā)射(DPOAE)對(duì)中關(guān)村醫(yī)院常規(guī)保健兒童進(jìn)行聽(tīng)力篩查,并對(duì)相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:完成篩查的2 117名學(xué)齡前兒童中,聽(tīng)力篩查未通過(guò)者占31.7‰,其病因主要為耳道耵聹(70.1%)、中耳或外耳道炎癥(22.4%)、神經(jīng)性耳聾(7.5%)。學(xué)齡前期初篩未通過(guò)兒童中,有93.9%當(dāng)初新生兒聽(tīng)力篩查結(jié)果正常。結(jié)論:耳道耵聹?zhǔn)菍W(xué)齡前兒童篩查聽(tīng)力異常的主要原因,輕度聽(tīng)力損失是易忽略的常見(jiàn)聽(tīng)力問(wèn)題,因此學(xué)齡前兒童的聽(tīng)力篩查應(yīng)引起高度重視。
