【摘要】：目的:觀察自制的角型鈦夾組合用于下鼻甲部分切除免填塞的效果。方法:選擇符合下鼻甲部分切除適應證的152例患者為研究對象,其中92例為實驗組,以2~4個角型鈦夾首尾相接閉合鼻甲創(chuàng)面,中鼻道以上有手術創(chuàng)面者,僅作中鼻道以上微填塞,裸露呼吸區(qū),保持通氣,1~3d后取出角型鈦夾;60例為對照組,術后用凡士林油紗條或Merocel止血海綿填塞鼻腔止血。觀察術后1~3d的鼻通氣情況、出血量、口干、耐受、頭痛鼻痛、睡眠和換藥次數(shù)共7項指標。結(jié)果:實驗組在術后除出血量與對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義外,其余各項指標優(yōu)于對照組(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:角型鈦夾組合應用于下鼻甲部分切除免填塞中,患者獲得較好的舒適度,避免了抽取填塞物的痛苦,提高了患者圍手術期的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of self-made angle-type titanium clip for partial inferior turbinate resection without tamponade. Methods: 152 patients with partial inferior turbinate resection were selected as study objects, 92 of them were experimental group. The wound of nasal turbinate was closed with 2 ~ 4 angle titanium clip, and 60 cases with operation wound above middle nasal canal were treated as control group. Only the above middle nasal canal was filled, the respiratory area was exposed, and 60 cases of angle titanium clip were removed after 3 days of ventilation. Nasal cavity hemostasis was filled with vaseline gauze or Merocel hemostatic sponge after operation. Nasal ventilation, bleeding volume, dry mouth, tolerance, headache and nasal pain were observed 1 ~ 3 days after operation. Results: there was no significant difference in the amount of blood loss between the experimental group and the control group. The other indexes were better than those in the control group (all P0.050.Conclusion: the patients obtained better comfort, avoided the pain of extracting the fillers, and improved the quality of life of the patients during perioperative period by using the angle-type titanium clip combination in partial resection of inferior turbinate without tamponade.
