【摘要】：正聲帶的振動(dòng)模式?jīng)Q定嗓音的質(zhì)量,對(duì)聲帶振動(dòng)特質(zhì)的評(píng)估在診斷和治療嗓音障礙方面發(fā)揮重要的作用。聲帶振動(dòng)是一個(gè)高速、復(fù)雜和精細(xì)的三維運(yùn)動(dòng),既包括開放相和關(guān)閉相,又包括垂直-水平向的黏膜波,聲學(xué)測(cè)量不能直接記錄聲帶的振動(dòng),不能提供關(guān)于聲帶振動(dòng)模式的視覺信息,而肉眼觀察聲帶的振動(dòng)具有一定的局限性,電子動(dòng)態(tài)喉鏡的應(yīng)用可以解決此問題。對(duì)聲帶結(jié)構(gòu)和振動(dòng)功能的評(píng)估是嗓音評(píng)估的重要方面,本文就評(píng)估聲帶振動(dòng)特質(zhì)的各
[Abstract]:The vibration pattern of the normal vocal cord determines the quality of the voice, and the assessment of the vibrational characteristics of the vocal cord plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of voice disorders. Including both open and closed phases, and vertical and horizontal mucosal waves, acoustic measurements cannot directly record the vibration of the vocal cord and provide visual information on the mode of vibration of the vocal cord, The application of electronic dynamic laryngoscope can solve this problem. The evaluation of vocal cord structure and vibration function is an important aspect of voice evaluation.
