【摘要】：目的：觀察閾值下近紅外激光照射治療中心性漿液性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜病變的臨床療效。 方法：隨機(jī)將60例中心性漿液性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜病變門診患者分為兩組,每組各30例,治療組采用閾值下近紅外激光照射治療,對(duì)照組采用口服藥物治療,療程30天,觀察治療前后視力、OCT積液量面積、臨床癥狀評(píng)分的變化。所有結(jié)果均采用SPSS17.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,P0.05表示差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 結(jié)果：治療組總有效率96.2%,相比對(duì)照組(總有效率41.4%),兩組在總有效率方面差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組在視力、OCT積液量面積、臨床癥狀評(píng)分的變化有明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),所有患者眼底無(wú)出血、無(wú)滲出、無(wú)視力下降等治療并發(fā)癥出現(xiàn)。 結(jié)論：閾值下近紅外激光照射治療中心性漿液性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜病變有較好的臨床療效,是治療中心性漿液性脈絡(luò)膜視網(wǎng)膜病變的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of near infrared laser irradiation on central serous chorioretinopathy. Methods: sixty patients with central serous chorioretinopathy were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with NIR laser at threshold, and the control group was treated with oral drug for 30 days. Before and after treatment, the area of visual acuity of Oct and the change of clinical symptom score were observed. All the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 (P0.05). Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.2g / kg, which was significantly different from that of the control group (the total effective rate was 41.4) and the difference between the two groups in the total effective rate was significant (P 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). No hemorrhage, no exudation and no visual acuity were found in all the patients. Conclusion: the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy with near infrared laser irradiation at threshold is effective and effective in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy.
