【摘要】：目的調(diào)查老年感音神經(jīng)性聾患者配戴助聽器后的助聽效果,分析其影響因素。方法采用日常生活助聽滿意度量表對(duì)120例驗(yàn)配了助聽器的老年性聾患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查,統(tǒng)計(jì)每例患者的各項(xiàng)得分及總均分,并根據(jù)患者年齡、性別、教育程度、平均聽閾、助聽器類型、佩戴方式、佩戴時(shí)長、每日使用時(shí)長、自感聽力下降時(shí)長等9個(gè)因素進(jìn)行分組,采用單因素分析及逐步多元回歸分析進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)處理,篩選影響助聽效果的主要因素。結(jié)果教育程度高、每日佩戴時(shí)間長、雙耳佩戴者得分高于教育程度低、每日佩戴時(shí)間短、單耳佩戴者(P0.01);年長者得分優(yōu)于年少者(P0.01);自感聽力下降時(shí)長短者得分高于自感聽力下降時(shí)長長者(P0.01);總體滿意度方面,教育程度高、每日佩戴時(shí)間長者得分高于教育程度低、每日佩戴時(shí)間短者(P0.01),性別因素對(duì)助聽效果無影響。結(jié)論影響老年性聾患者助聽效果的因素較多,其中教育程度、每日佩戴時(shí)長是主要因素,雙耳佩戴、自感聽力下降時(shí)間短、年長者助聽效果滿意度高,而性別對(duì)助聽效果無明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of hearing aid on elderly patients with sensorineural hearing loss and analyze its influencing factors. The scores and total average scores of each patient were counted, and according to the patient's age, sex, education level, average hearing threshold, type of hearing aid, way of wearing, length of wear, duration of daily use, Nine factors, such as the length of hearing loss, were divided into two groups. Single factor analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used to select the main factors affecting the effect of hearing aid. Results the education level was high and the daily wear time was long. The score of biaural wearer was higher than that of education, the wearing time of monaural wearer was shorter than that of monaural wearer, the score of elder was better than that of young person, the score of self-sensed hearing loss was higher than that of long time after hearing loss. The scores of the elders who wear time each day are higher than that of the low education level, and the children with short daily wear time have no effect on the effect of hearing aid. Conclusion there are many factors that influence the hearing aid effect of the patients with presbycusis, among them, the education level. The duration of daily wear was the main factor, the hearing loss time was short, the elderly had high satisfaction with the effect of hearing aid, but gender had no significant influence on the hearing aid effect.
