【摘要】：術(shù)中定位、識(shí)別和保護(hù)面神經(jīng)一直是耳科醫(yī)生共同關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。準(zhǔn)確地面神經(jīng)術(shù)中定位,不僅要參考解剖學(xué)和影像學(xué)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),還需要利用解剖結(jié)構(gòu)之間的相對(duì)位置關(guān)系以彌補(bǔ)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的誤差或局限。同時(shí),還需要盡量把復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用化,使其更好地被臨床醫(yī)生利用。本文以臨床應(yīng)用為出發(fā)點(diǎn),就常規(guī)中耳術(shù)中面神經(jīng)的關(guān)系化定位問(wèn)題進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Locating, recognizing and protecting the facial nerve during operation has always been a common concern of otologists. To locate the facial nerve accurately, we should not only refer to the anatomical and imaging data, It is also necessary to make use of the relative position relationship between anatomical structures to make up for the errors or limitations of the measurement data. At the same time, we also need to make the complicated problems simple and practical as far as possible, so that they can be better used by clinicians. This paper reviews the relationship localization of facial nerve during middle ear operation.
