【摘要】：目的探討鼓膜穿刺術(shù)聯(lián)合藥物治療急性分泌性中耳炎的療效。方法 146例急性分泌性中耳炎患者均經(jīng)過耳內(nèi)鏡及純音測聽、聲導抗檢查確診為分泌性中耳炎,中耳腔積液,其中114例行鼓膜穿刺術(shù)聯(lián)合藥物治療,32例單純藥物治療,結(jié)果鼓膜穿刺術(shù)聯(lián)合藥物治療患者聽力當時即有明顯提高,再經(jīng)相應藥物治療,3月內(nèi)無復發(fā)。而單純藥物治療患者聽力大多無明顯改善,需再次復診行鼓膜穿刺術(shù)才能治愈。結(jié)論鼓膜穿刺術(shù)聯(lián)合藥物治療急性分泌性中耳炎療效明顯、安全無并發(fā)癥。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the curative effect of tympanic membrane puncture combined with drugs on acute secretory otitis media. Methods 146 patients with acute secretory otitis media were diagnosed as secretory otitis media and effusion of middle ear cavity by endoscopy, pure tone audiometry and acoustic conductance test. Among them, 114 cases were treated with tympanic membrane puncture combined with drug therapy. 32 cases were treated with pure medicine. Results the hearing of the patients treated with tympanic membrane puncture combined with drug therapy was obviously improved at that time. In March, there was no recurrence in March. However, the hearing of the patients with simple drug therapy had no obvious improvement, and only the tympanic membrane puncture could be cured. Conclusion the curative effect of tympanic membrane puncture combined with medicine on acute secretory otitis media is obvious. Safe without complications.
