【摘要】：目的 :探討重組人粒細(xì)胞巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor,rh GM-CSF)凝膠治療鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的臨床療效。方法 :將鼻咽癌首程放療出現(xiàn)≥Ⅱ級急性放射性皮炎的70例患者隨機(jī)分為A組(rh GM-CSF凝膠治療組)和B組(聚維酮碘治療組)各35例,比較2組患者的有效率、創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間和放療中斷時(shí)間。結(jié)果 :rh GM-CSF凝膠治療組急性放射性皮炎的有效率、創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間和放療中斷時(shí)間分別為100%(35/35)、(7.2±1.2)d和(6.6±0.8)d,聚維酮碘治療組分別為68.6%(24/35)、(11.9±2.3)d和(9.8±1.1)d。rh GM-CSF凝膠治療組急性放射性皮炎的有效率高于聚維酮碘治療組,創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間和放療中斷時(shí)間短于聚維酮碘治療組(P值均0.01)。結(jié)論 :rh GM-CSF是一種有效治療鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor-rh GM-CSF gel in the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). 70 cases of dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups: group A (35 cases) treated with rh GM-CSF gel and group B (35 cases) treated with povidone iodine. The effective rate, wound healing time and radiotherapy interruption time of the two groups were compared. The wound healing time and radiotherapy interruption time were 100 / 35 / 35 / 1 / d and 6.6 鹵0.8 / d, respectively. The effective rate of acute radiodermatitis in the povidone iodine treatment group was higher than that in the povidone iodine treatment group, which was 11.9 鹵2.3 days and 9.8 鹵1.1 days, respectively, in the povidone iodine treatment group, and in the povidone iodine treatment group, the effective rate of acute radiation dermatitis was higher in the treatment group than in the povidone iodine treatment group. The wound healing time and radiotherapy interruption time were lower than that of povidone iodine treatment group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: GM-CSF is an effective method for the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
