【摘要】：正患者,女,60歲�；颊吲加醒什坎贿m和進(jìn)食嗆咳,健康體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)杓會(huì)厭皺襞及梨狀窩淡黃色腫物而來(lái)本院就診�；颊邿o(wú)吞咽困難和呼吸困難,電子喉鏡檢查見(jiàn)左側(cè)杓會(huì)厭皺襞及梨狀窩內(nèi)側(cè)壁一大小2.0cm×1.6cm腫物,呈淡黃色,表面光滑,前端至?xí)䥇捑墶?007年7月門診擬"喉部腫物"收入院。入院后MRI檢查T1WI、T2WI病灶呈高信號(hào),邊界清楚,脂肪抑制序列病灶呈低信號(hào)
[Abstract]:The patient was 60 years old. The patient occasionally had pharynx discomfort and choking cough. A health examination revealed that the left arytenoid epiglottis fold and piriform fossa were pale yellow. The patient had no dysphagia or dyspnea. Electronic laryngoscopy showed that the left dipper epiglottic fold and the lateral wall of piriform fossa with a size of 2.0 cm 脳 1.6 cm were light yellow and smooth, with the front end to the edge of the epiglottis. In July 2007, the "larynx tumor" was admitted to the hospital. After admission, MRI showed high signal intensity on T _ 1W _ I ~ I ~ T _ 2WI. The margin was clear and the focus of fat suppression sequence showed low signal intensity.
