【摘要】：目的探討應(yīng)用化濕通竅方對(duì)行功能性鼻內(nèi)鏡鼻竇手術(shù)后的老年慢性鼻竇炎、鼻息肉患者術(shù)腔黏膜的影響。方法 69例老年慢性鼻竇炎、鼻息肉患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組(35例)和對(duì)照組(34例),兩組均接受相同的功能性內(nèi)鏡鼻竇手術(shù)治療及常規(guī)術(shù)后處理。治療組在術(shù)后換藥后對(duì)術(shù)腔用化濕通竅方超聲霧化,對(duì)照組對(duì)術(shù)腔單純用生理鹽水沖洗。比較兩組患者術(shù)后臨床總體療效及其術(shù)后術(shù)腔清潔時(shí)間、黏膜轉(zhuǎn)歸競(jìng)爭(zhēng)時(shí)間、術(shù)腔上皮化時(shí)間。結(jié)果治療組術(shù)后臨床總療效明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),而且術(shù)后術(shù)腔清潔時(shí)間、黏膜轉(zhuǎn)歸競(jìng)爭(zhēng)時(shí)間、術(shù)腔上皮化時(shí)間均顯著縮短(P0.05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用化濕通竅方可促進(jìn)行功能性鼻內(nèi)鏡鼻竇手術(shù)后的老年慢性鼻竇炎、鼻息肉患者術(shù)腔黏膜的恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Huashitongqiao recipe on the mucosa of senile patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 69 cases of senile patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were studied. They were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n = 34). The two groups received the same functional endoscopic sinus surgery and routine postoperative treatment. The patients in the control group were only washed with normal saline. The overall clinical efficacy, cleaning time and the time of the mucosa returning to competition were compared between the two groups. Results the total clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Huashitongqiao decoction can promote the recovery of the mucosa of the aged patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
