【摘要】：目的探討應用化濕通竅方對行功能性鼻內(nèi)鏡鼻竇手術后的老年慢性鼻竇炎、鼻息肉患者術腔黏膜的影響。方法 69例老年慢性鼻竇炎、鼻息肉患者,隨機分為治療組(35例)和對照組(34例),兩組均接受相同的功能性內(nèi)鏡鼻竇手術治療及常規(guī)術后處理。治療組在術后換藥后對術腔用化濕通竅方超聲霧化,對照組對術腔單純用生理鹽水沖洗。比較兩組患者術后臨床總體療效及其術后術腔清潔時間、黏膜轉(zhuǎn)歸競爭時間、術腔上皮化時間。結果治療組術后臨床總療效明顯高于對照組(P0.05),而且術后術腔清潔時間、黏膜轉(zhuǎn)歸競爭時間、術腔上皮化時間均顯著縮短(P0.05)。結論應用化濕通竅方可促進行功能性鼻內(nèi)鏡鼻竇手術后的老年慢性鼻竇炎、鼻息肉患者術腔黏膜的恢復。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Huashitongqiao recipe on the mucosa of senile patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 69 cases of senile patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were studied. They were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n = 34). The two groups received the same functional endoscopic sinus surgery and routine postoperative treatment. The patients in the control group were only washed with normal saline. The overall clinical efficacy, cleaning time and the time of the mucosa returning to competition were compared between the two groups. Results the total clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Huashitongqiao decoction can promote the recovery of the mucosa of the aged patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
