【摘要】：摘要:老年性黃斑變性是導(dǎo)致50歲以上老年人視力下降或致盲的主要原因之一,而經(jīng)瞳孔溫?zé)岑煼ㄊ亲罱鼛啄陙碇委熝鄄〉囊环N新的技術(shù)。本文對(duì)TTT治療眼病的作用原理、治療機(jī)制、并發(fā)癥、適應(yīng)癥以及它的未來發(fā)展趨勢一系列問題做一全面綜述,并以滲出型老年性黃斑變性為例,根據(jù)臨床治療,指出TTT療法在老年性黃斑病變中的應(yīng)用及其效果,探討TTT療法在治療滲出型老年性黃斑病變中的價(jià)值。通過臨床治療發(fā)現(xiàn),TTT在滲出型老年性黃斑變性治療中,對(duì)于控制和提高患者視力、控制滲漏、吸收黃斑水腫具有很好的效果。 本文以臨床資料為依據(jù),在治療過程中發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)TTT可以對(duì)不同類型、不同病因的脈絡(luò)膜新生血管進(jìn)行治療,有助于視力的提高,使致盲率大大降低。(2)在治療CNV中使用TTT療法,并發(fā)癥少且對(duì)視力影響小。(3)TTT治療安全性較好,對(duì)神經(jīng)上皮損害較輕,適合于中心凹下的CNV治療。(4)TTT參數(shù)難以固定,應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際臨床數(shù)據(jù)來進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。相比較其它治療方法,經(jīng)瞳孔溫?zé)岑煼?TTT)在治療滲出型老年性黃斑變性中具有費(fèi)用低、效果好的優(yōu)點(diǎn),可以推廣。
[Abstract]:Abstract: age-related macular degeneration is one of the main causes of vision loss or blindness in the elderly over 50 years old. Transpupillary thermotherapy is a new technique for the treatment of ophthalmopathy in recent years. The treatment mechanism, complications, indications and its future development trend are reviewed in a comprehensive way, and the exudative age-related macular degeneration is taken as an example, according to the clinical treatment. To point out the application and effect of TTT therapy in senile macular disease, and to explore the value of TTT therapy in the treatment of exudative age-related macular disease, it was found that TTT was used in the treatment of exudative age-related macular degeneration. It has good effect on controlling and improving visual acuity, controlling leakage and absorbing macular edema. On the basis of clinical data, it was found in the course of treatment that TTT could be used to treat choroidal neovascularization with different types and etiology, which was helpful to the improvement of visual acuity and greatly reduced the rate of blindness in the treatment of CNV. The complications are less and the effect on visual acuity is small, the safety of TTT is better, the damage to neuroepithelium is less, the parameters of TTT suitable for CNV treatment under fovea are difficult to be fixed, so it should be adjusted according to the actual clinical data. Compared with other treatment methods, it is difficult to fix the parameters of TTT, which is suitable for the treatment of subcentral fovea. Transpupillary thermotherapy (TTT) has the advantages of low cost and good effect in the treatment of exudative age-related macular degeneration and can be popularized.
