后循環(huán)短暫缺血性發(fā)作患者聽覺功能的研究

【摘要】:目的:探討后循環(huán)短暫缺血性發(fā)作(PCTIA)患者的聽功能狀態(tài)。方法:選擇PCTIA患者62例(124耳)作為PCTIA組,并選擇健康成年人30例(60耳)作為對照組。均行純音測聽、聲導抗、聽覺腦干誘發(fā)電位和瞬態(tài)誘發(fā)耳聲發(fā)射(TEOAE)檢查。應用SPSS 14.0統(tǒng)計學軟件包進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果:1PCTIA組與對照組比較,125~8 000Hz各頻率氣導聽閾無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);2PCTIA組的TEOAE通過率(42.7%)與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01);3PCTIA組與對照組比較,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ各波潛伏期及Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ波間期都有延長,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結論:后循環(huán)缺血既可以影響耳蝸的血液供應,導致常規(guī)聽力學檢測難以證實的耳蝸功能損害,又可以因缺血缺氧導致聽覺腦干功能的損害。耳聲發(fā)射和腦干誘發(fā)電位為PCTIA的診斷及定位提供了幫助。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the auditory function of patients with posterior circulation transient ischemic attack (PCTIA). Methods: 62 patients with PCTIA (124 ears) were selected as PCTIA group and 30 healthy adults (60 ears) as control group. Auditory brainstem evoked potential (BAEP) and transient evoked otoacoustic emission (TEOAE) were examined. Statistical analysis was carried out by using SPSS 14.0 statistical software package. Results compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the TEOAE passage between the 125TIA group and the control group at different frequencies.
