【摘要】：目的評價Ziemer’s Femto LDV飛秒激光制瓣聯(lián)合準(zhǔn)分子激光角膜原位磨鑲術(shù)(LASIK)治療不同屈光度近視的臨床療效。方法將行Femto LDV制瓣的LASIK近視患者203例共401眼按術(shù)前屈光度分成3組,A組:-0.5~-6.0 D,284眼;B組:-6.25~-10.0 D,107眼;C組:-10.25~-14 D,10眼。觀察術(shù)后12個月內(nèi)其裸眼視力、矯正視力、屈光度及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。結(jié)果雖然3組術(shù)后3個月的裸眼視力達(dá)0.5以上者均為100%,但1.0以上者分別為100.0%、99.1%及70.0%,其中C組患者顯著低于A、B組(P0.05)。而且C組患者術(shù)后12個月裸眼視力逐漸出現(xiàn)低于術(shù)前的最佳矯正視力的發(fā)生率明顯高于A、B組(P0.05),但3組的術(shù)后最佳矯正視力均無明顯下降(P0.05)。術(shù)后12個月各組平均屈光度A組為(-0.19±0.43)D,B組(-0.37±0.63)D,C組(-1.02±1.16)D,其中≤±0.5 D的分別為98.9%、83.2%和40.0%(C組明顯低于A、B組,P0.05)。所有患者基質(zhì)床切削區(qū)均勻,偏離中心率低,角膜后表面高度差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,淚膜破裂時間、眼壓差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),未見嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。結(jié)論使用Femto LDV制瓣的LASIK對于不同近視度數(shù)的患者均有好的治療效果,術(shù)后視力好,預(yù)測性高,效果穩(wěn)定及安全性高等,但對于超高度近視患者術(shù)后12個月視力預(yù)測性明顯低于其他近視患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of Ziemer's Femto LDV femtosecond laser flap making combined with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIKK) in the treatment of myopia with different diopters. Methods 203 patients with LASIK myopia treated with Femto LDV flap were divided into preoperative diopters. The visual acuity was observed in 10 eyes of group C (10% -10.25) and 10 eyes of group C (10 eyes), and the visual acuity of 10 eyes was observed within 12 months after operation.
