【摘要】：目的探討淚囊炎合并白內(nèi)障患者行淚道插球形管術(shù)后早期行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)的可行性和治療效果。方法 31例慢性淚囊炎合并白內(nèi)障患者,均為單眼。在行淚道插管術(shù)后5~7 d行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化+人工晶體植入術(shù),分別于術(shù)后檢查1 d、1周、1個月時的視力,角膜水腫及前房混濁的程度。結(jié)果所有淚道插管術(shù)中及術(shù)后均淚道通暢,白內(nèi)障手術(shù)順利完成。術(shù)后1 d,視力≥0.5者16眼(51.6%),0.1~0.4者14眼(45.2%),0.1者1眼(3.2%)。1個月時,視力≥0.5者26眼(83.9%),0.1~0.4者5眼(16.1%),角膜無水腫15眼(48.4%),輕度水腫11眼(35.5%),中度水腫5眼(16.1%),前房混濁程度(+)8眼(25.8%),(++)5眼(16.1%),角膜水腫及前房反應(yīng)經(jīng)局部治療3~12 d內(nèi)消失。隨訪半年,術(shù)后未見感染,白內(nèi)障術(shù)后視力均有提高。結(jié)論慢性淚囊炎合并白內(nèi)障患者在行淚道插管術(shù)后的5~7 d行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)是安全可行的,可取得理想的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility and therapeutic effect of early phacoemulsification after dacryocystitis combined with cataract. Methods 31 patients with chronic dacryocystitis complicated with cataract were treated with phacoemulsification. Cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed at 5 to 7 days after lacrimal passage intubation. The visual acuity was examined at 1 week and 1 month after operation. Results all lacrimal duct intubation and postoperative lacrimal passage were unobstructed, cataract operation was completed successfully. 1 day after operation, 16 eyes with visual acuity 鈮，
