【摘要】：目的:探討磁共振成像技術(shù)在確定阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAS)患者上氣道阻塞部位中的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法:對30例OSAS患者及30例健康對照進(jìn)行上氣道磁共振影像的拍攝及數(shù)據(jù)的測量,并利用計(jì)算機(jī)工作站對測量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析比較。結(jié)果:1上氣道的測量:OSAS患者鼻咽部的橫徑、矢向徑、最小截面積、平均截面積及體積,腭咽部的矢向徑、最小截面積,舌咽部的橫徑、矢向徑、平均截面積及體積,喉咽部的橫徑、矢向徑、平均截面積及體積均小于正常對照人群(P均0.05)。2軟組織的測量:OSAS患者舌體的最大截面積、長度、厚度及軟腭的最大截面積、長度均大于正常對照人群(P均0.05)。結(jié)論:磁共振成像可以從三維方向上準(zhǔn)確判定OSAS患者上氣道阻塞的部位,為OSAS的診治提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the application of magnetic resonance imaging in the determination of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods: 30 patients with OSAS and 30 healthy controls were examined with Mr imaging of upper airway. Results the transverse diameter, sagittal diameter, minimum sectional area, average area and volume of nasopharynx were measured by the upper airway of 1: 1. Sagittal diameter, minimum sectional area, transverse diameter, sagittal diameter, mean sectional area and volume, transverse diameter and sagittal diameter of the pharynx of the palatopharynx. The mean cross-sectional area and volume were smaller than those of the normal control group (P < 0.05). The measurement of the maximum area, length, thickness and the maximum area of the soft palate of the tongue of the patients with OSAS. Conclusion: magnetic resonance imaging can accurately determine the location of upper airway obstruction in patients with OSAS in 3D direction and provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of OSAS.
