【摘要】:青光眼是一種致盲率高且不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的眼病,常表現(xiàn)為眼內(nèi)間斷或持續(xù)性眼壓升高,進(jìn)而引起視神經(jīng)及視功能損害。隨著近年來(lái)診斷水平的不斷提高,科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,一類特征性小分子RNA及其在轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)節(jié)中的作用機(jī)制被廣泛研究報(bào)道,其被有效地運(yùn)用在青光眼視神經(jīng)保護(hù),已成為研究熱點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Glaucoma is a kind of ocular disease with high blindness rate and irreversibility. It is often characterized by intraocular discontinuity or persistent elevation of intraocular pressure, which leads to the damage of optic nerve and visual function. With the improvement of diagnostic level in recent years. With the development of science and technology, a class of characteristic small molecule RNA and its mechanism in transcriptional regulation have been widely reported, which has been effectively applied to the protection of glaucoma optic nerve and has become a hot research topic.
