【摘要】:光學(xué)相干斷層掃描技術(shù)(optical coherence tomography,OCT)以低相干光干涉原理獲得二維或三維圖像,此活體斷層高分辨率成像技術(shù)可對多種視網(wǎng)膜疾病進(jìn)行更為直觀的觀察評估。與眼底熒光造影、自發(fā)熒光、眼底成像等檢查技術(shù)相比,OCT不僅可以準(zhǔn)確的對視網(wǎng)膜厚度、神經(jīng)纖維層厚度、神經(jīng)節(jié)細(xì)胞層厚度等進(jìn)行測量分析;而且en face多普勒OCT和OCT血管成像技術(shù)也已實(shí)現(xiàn)對眼底血流的量化分析。雖然OCT存在設(shè)備價(jià)格昂貴、圖像質(zhì)量對操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和屈光間質(zhì)的依賴性、不同品牌設(shè)備之間正常人數(shù)據(jù)的不一致性等局限性,但隨著OCT在硬件及軟件方面的不斷創(chuàng)新和改進(jìn),將逐步克服和完善某些局限性。
[Abstract]:Optical coherence tomography (coherence) technique is used to obtain 2D or 3D images based on the principle of low coherent optical interference. This technique can be used to evaluate many retinal diseases more intuitively, compared with fundus fluorescein, autofluorescence, fundus imaging and so on. OCT can not only accurately measure the retinal thickness, nerve fiber layer thickness, ganglion cell layer thickness, etc. Moreover, en face Doppler OCT and OCT angiography techniques have also achieved quantitative analysis of fundus blood flow, although OCT equipment is expensive. The dependence of image quality on operation experience and refractive stroma, the inconsistency of normal human data between different brand devices, etc., but with the continuous innovation and improvement of OCT in hardware and software. Some limitations will be gradually overcome and perfected.
