【摘要】：目的：研究白內(nèi)障術(shù)后眼內(nèi)炎（endophthalmitis after cataract surgery）的臨床特點(diǎn)、致病菌、治療及預(yù)后。 方法：對(duì)2003年1月至2013年12月期間廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院眼科收治的54例（55眼）白內(nèi)障術(shù)后眼內(nèi)炎患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行非對(duì)照性回顧性分析，主要分析其發(fā)病特點(diǎn)、治療情況、病原菌的檢查結(jié)果、治療結(jié)果。 結(jié)果：平均發(fā)病時(shí)間為白內(nèi)障術(shù)后7.29天,42眼（76.36%）發(fā)病時(shí)間在7天內(nèi)，49眼（89.09%）發(fā)病時(shí)間在白內(nèi)障術(shù)后2周內(nèi)，6眼（10.91%）發(fā)病時(shí)間大于白內(nèi)障術(shù)后2周。41例于我院行前房液或玻璃體液病原學(xué)檢查，陽性為11例，，房水及玻璃體病原體檢出率為26.83％(11/41)。除1例患者視力檢查不合作外,53例54眼中，治療前裸眼視力≥0.05有5例，占9.25%(5/54)，治療后裸眼視力≥0.05的有27例，占50.00%(27/54)，治療后總體裸眼視力好于治療前(p＜0.05)。無1例摘除眼球。 結(jié)論：早期診斷并盡早合理的進(jìn)行相關(guān)干預(yù)可不同程度的挽回患者部分視功能。不同白內(nèi)障手術(shù)切口術(shù)后眼內(nèi)炎的發(fā)生率無差異。圍手術(shù)期是否采用靜脈和結(jié)膜下使用抗生素，其白內(nèi)障術(shù)后眼內(nèi)炎的發(fā)生率無差異。前房液或玻璃體液培養(yǎng)出的致病菌中，以表皮葡萄球菌為代表的凝固酶陰性葡萄球菌為主。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the endophthalmitis after cataract after cataract surgery. Surgery. clinical features, pathogenic bacteria, treatment and prognosis. Methods: from January 2003 to December 2013, 54 cases (55 eyes) of ophthalmology in the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were treated. The clinical data of patients with endophthalmitis after cataract surgery were analyzed retrospectively. The main analysis of its disease characteristics, treatment, pathogen detection results, treatment results.
