【摘要】：目的通過(guò)增加視覺(jué)誘發(fā)電位中不同空間頻率的圖像刺激信號(hào)，，找出患者的最敏感空間，進(jìn)行針對(duì)訓(xùn)練，觀察患者的治療療效及時(shí)間。 方法將患者隨機(jī)分為兩組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組：進(jìn)行PVEP檢測(cè)，找出最敏感空間頻率作為刺激源進(jìn)行弱視訓(xùn)練，視力提高兩行或以上時(shí)再次用VEP檢測(cè)出新的敏感空間作為刺激源進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。對(duì)照組：從低頻率到高頻率依次進(jìn)行弱視訓(xùn)練。 結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組的有效率和治愈率均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；3-6歲組，7-9歲組，10-12歲組的治愈率均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P＜0.05）；輕度弱視組、中度弱視組、重度弱視組之間的治愈率均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論通過(guò)不同空間頻率視覺(jué)誘發(fā)電位的檢查，提供給弱視患者針對(duì)性訓(xùn)練，療效顯著，可用于弱視的臨床治療和推廣，且年齡越小、弱視程度輕者療效越好。
[Abstract]:Objective to find out the most sensitive space of the patients by increasing the image stimulation signals with different spatial frequencies in visual evoked potentials (VEP), and to observe the therapeutic effect and time of the patients. Methods the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was tested with PVEP to find out the most sensitive spatial frequency for amblyopia training. When the visual acuity was improved by two or more lines, the new sensitive space was detected by VEP again as the stimulation source. In the control group, amblyopia training was carried out from low frequency to high frequency. Results the effective rate and cure rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The cure rate of 3-6 years old group was significantly different from that of 10-12 years old group (P < 0.05). The cure rate of mild amblyopia, moderate amblyopia and severe amblyopia was significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion through the examination of different spatial frequency visual evoked potential, it is effective to provide specific training for amblyopia patients. It can be used in clinical treatment and popularization of amblyopia. The younger the age, the better the effect of amblyopia.
