　　目的:研究外周血中GBGT1基因高表達是否可能作為急性心肌梗死風(fēng)險評估的遺傳標(biāo)記,并討論GBGT1基因參與急性心肌梗死發(fā)病的可能機制。方法:在中國東北漢族人群中,選取急性心肌梗死病人90例為病例組,冠脈正常者90例為對照組,兩組病人均經(jīng)冠脈造影明確診斷。詳細記錄每位研究對象的臨床資料。采用實時熒光定量PCR檢測GBGT1基因在外周血中mRNA水平的表達。結(jié)果:在中國東北漢族人群中,急性心梗病人外周血白細胞中GBGT1基因mRNA表達增高;兩組間血糖、血脂等生化指標(biāo)比較顯示:心梗組空腹血糖高于對照組,高密度脂蛋白低于對照組。結(jié)論:GBGT1基因在急性心肌梗死病人外周血白細胞中表達顯著增高;外周血中GBGT1的高表達可能作為急性心肌梗死風(fēng)險評估的分子標(biāo)記。
