背景:冠狀動(dòng)脈疾病（CAD）是全球首要的致死因素,每年有超過1730萬人死于心血管疾病。近年來,冠狀動(dòng)脈疾病（CAD）已經(jīng)成為威脅人類健康的最大殺手。在世界范圍內(nèi),CAD是導(dǎo)致全人類死亡的主要原因,而且預(yù)計(jì)在未來的20年內(nèi)情況仍將如此。雖然西方工業(yè)化國家的冠狀動(dòng)脈疾病呈下降的趨勢,但總的來說世界各地的疾病死亡率仍然很高。尤其是在發(fā)展中國家中顯現(xiàn)出驚人的增長速度。盡管發(fā)達(dá)國家的這種疾病可能已經(jīng)減少,然而最近的一些研究表明,發(fā)展中國家的發(fā)病率仍然呈現(xiàn)上升的趨勢,對(duì)于中低收入的國家造成其死亡的四分之三的原因就是由于CAD。據(jù)世界衛(wèi)生組織公布,全球疾病負(fù)擔(dān)的一半以上發(fā)生在發(fā)展中國家,且這些疾病的負(fù)擔(dān)在低收入國家中不斷的增加與其人口比例不斷的上升是不呈趨勢的。作為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響因素,貧困與非傳染性疾病是密切相關(guān)的。此外,作為全世界死亡的主要原因,CAD已超越傳染病,并逐漸成為尼泊爾面臨的主要健康挑戰(zhàn)。高危人群冠心病的負(fù)擔(dān)表明急需要制定有關(guān)針對(duì)性的策略來早期識(shí)別以及管理高危人群。然而像尼泊爾這樣的發(fā)展中國家由于缺乏資源和相關(guān)研究而面臨著巨大的健康挑戰(zhàn)。目的:本次研究的目的是根據(jù)Shahid Gang...
