老年血壓正常高值者單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白-1、氧化低密度脂蛋白膽固醇與動脈粥樣硬化的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的通過對血清單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白(MCP)-1、氧化低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(ox-LDL)、超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)、一氧化氮(NO)等分子水平變化的研究,探討老年血壓正常高值者與動脈粥樣硬化(AS)發(fā)病機制的關(guān)系。方法按血壓水平選取老年正常血壓者、血壓正常高值者各80例。酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定血清MCP-1、ox-LDL的濃度,硝酸還原酶法測定NO水平,用散射比濁法測血清中hs-CRP含量,并檢測血脂等相關(guān)生化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果老年血壓正常高值組MCP-1、ox-LDL、hs-CRP、TC、合并AS發(fā)生率均高于正常血壓組,NO、HDL低于正常血壓組(P0.05或P0.01);血壓正常高值組甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、極低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)高于正常血壓組但無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);MCP-1與oxLDL、TC、hs-CRP呈正相關(guān)(r=0.31,0.28,0.29 P0.01),與NO、HDL呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.25,-0.30,P0.01或P0.05)。結(jié)論老年血壓正常高值組合并AS發(fā)生率提高,病變程度可能和血壓升高引起的MCP-1的增加及ox-LDL的大量產(chǎn)生密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the pathogenesis of atherosclerotic (AS) and the changes of serum monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP)-1, oxidized low density lipoprotein cholesterol (ox-LDL), high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and nitric oxide (NO). Methods 80 elderly patients with normal blood pressure and 80 patients with high blood pressure were selected according to the level of blood pressure. The concentration of serum MCP-1,ox-LDL was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa), the level of NO was measured by nitrate reductase method, the content of hs-CRP in serum was measured by turbidimetry, and the related biochemical indexes such as blood lipid were detected. Results the incidence of MCP-1,ox-LDL,hs-CRP,TC, with AS in the group with normal blood pressure was higher than that in the group with normal blood pressure, and the incidence of NO,HDL in the group with normal blood pressure was lower than that in the group with normal blood pressure (P 0.05 or P 0.01). The incidence of AS in the group with normal blood pressure was higher than that in the group with normal blood pressure (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).
