【摘要】：目的探討血清可溶性致癌抑制因子2(s ST2)與紐約心臟病協(xié)會(NYHA)心功能分級的相關(guān)性及對老年慢性心力衰竭的診斷價(jià)值。方法選取年齡60歲、有明確診斷為慢性心力衰竭的老年患者108例為研究組,老年健康體檢者53例作為對照組。入組后抽血測定N端腦鈉肽前體(NT-pro BNP)、s ST2、心肌肌鈣蛋白(c Tn)I2、肌紅蛋白(MYO)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),48 h內(nèi)完成超聲心動圖檢查。結(jié)果 s ST2在心力衰竭組較對照組明顯升高〔(31.2±15.3)vs(12.5±9.8)μg/L,P0.05〕,不同心功能級別之間s ST2濃度差異顯著(F=48.63,P0.01);研究組中s ST2和NT-pro BNP明顯正相關(guān)(r=0.631,P0.05);s ST2和左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.682,P0.05)。結(jié)論慢性心力衰竭患者中s ST2明顯升高,且隨NYHA分級升高有上升趨勢,是評價(jià)老年心功能較為敏感的實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum soluble carcinogen inhibitor 2 (s ST2) and (NYHA) cardiac function grade of New York Heart Association and its diagnostic value in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 108 elderly patients aged 60 years old with definite diagnosis of chronic heart failure were selected as the study group and 53 cases as the control group.
