【摘要】：目的測定健康成年人及老年動脈粥樣硬化(AS)患者的血過氧化物酶體增殖因子活化受體(PPAR)γ基因表達(dá)及胱抑素C含量,探討該兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)與AS程度的相關(guān)性。方法選取健康體檢成年人40例為健康對照組。選取老年2型糖尿病患者共80例,彩超檢查均提示有頸動脈內(nèi)膜增厚伴斑塊形成。測定肱-踝動脈脈搏波速度(ba PWV)及踝肱指數(shù)(ABI),左右兩側(cè)均滿足1 200 cm/sba PWV2 000 cm/s且0.8ABI1.0者為輕度AS組,均滿足ba PWV≥2 000 cm/s且ABI≤0.8者為重度AS組,每組各40例。檢測三組患者血漿PPARγ基因表達(dá)及血清胱抑素C含量。結(jié)果健康對照組、輕度AS組、重度AS組的PPARγ基因表達(dá)灰度分別為(37 361.11±12 742.51)、(50 619.15±17 782.41)、(80 349.33±21 003.19),胱抑素C濃度分別為(0.83±0.15)mg/L、(0.88±0.26)mg/L、(0.94±0.33)mg/L;三組PPARγ差異顯著(P0.01),胱抑素C含量無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);PPARγ基因灰度與AS嚴(yán)重度呈明顯正相關(guān)(r=0.61,P0.01)。結(jié)論 PPARγ與AS有密切關(guān)系,其血漿水平可能是反映AS嚴(yán)重程度的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of serum peroxisome proliferator activating receptor (PPAR) 緯 gene and the content of cystine C in healthy adults and elderly patients with atherosclerotic (AS), and to explore the correlation between these two indexes and the degree of AS. Methods 40 healthy adults were selected as healthy control group. A total of 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.
