隱蔽性高血壓患者血漿同型半胱氨酸水平和頸股動(dòng)脈脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的觀察和分析隱蔽性高血壓(MHT)患者血漿同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和頸股動(dòng)脈脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度(cfPWV)的水平及其相互關(guān)系。方法本研究為橫斷面研究,納入202名正常血壓者為對(duì)照組,MHT患者226例為觀察組;兩組受試者根據(jù)血漿Hcy水平進(jìn)一步分為高Hcy亞組(Hcy≥10μmol/L)或正常Hcy亞組(Hcy10μmol/L)。檢測(cè)各研究對(duì)象血漿Hcy水平和cfPWV的水平,比較兩組間的差異,分析其相互關(guān)系。結(jié)果 MHT組血漿Hcy和cfPWV水平高于正常血壓組。在MHT患者中,高Hcy亞組血漿Hcy和cfPWV水平高于正常Hcy亞組(均P0.05);而在正常血壓組人群中,高Hcy亞組與正常Hcy亞組cfPWV的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。偏相關(guān)分析顯示,MHT患者血漿Hcy與cfPWV呈正相關(guān)(r=0.335,P0.05)。調(diào)整混雜因素后,多元回歸分析顯示,在MHT患者中,血漿Hcy水平是cfPWV的影響因素(B=1.125,P0.05)。結(jié)論 MHT患者血漿Hcy與cfPWV呈正相關(guān),血漿Hcy水平是cfPWV的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the levels of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and carotid artery pulse wave conduction velocity (cfPWV) in patients with hidden hypertension (MHT) and their relationship. Methods the study was conducted in a cross-section study, including 202 normal blood pressure patients as control group and 226 patients with MHT as observation group. The two groups were further divided into high Hcy subgroup (Hcy10 渭 mol / L) or normal Hcy subgroup (Hcy10 渭 mol / L).) according to plasma Hcy level. The plasma Hcy level and cfPWV level were measured, the differences between the two groups were compared, and the relationship between the two groups was analyzed. Results the levels of plasma Hcy and cfPWV in MHT group were higher than those in normotension group.
