【摘要】：將150例H型高血壓患者隨機(jī)分成3組,均給予福辛普利10mg/d,對(duì)照組不給予葉酸片,葉酸治療A組給予葉酸0.8mg/d,葉酸治療B組給予葉酸5mg/d,用藥1年后三組血壓均顯著降低,未見明顯差異。葉酸片與福辛普利聯(lián)合降壓,未見到葉酸有協(xié)同降壓的作用。葉酸片能顯著降低血Hcy水平,但與劑量無明顯相關(guān)性。服用葉酸1年未見腦梗死的發(fā)病率有下降趨勢。目前外源性補(bǔ)充葉酸成為治療H型高血壓的一種輔助方法,但葉酸補(bǔ)充劑量的大小及療程還未達(dá)成共識(shí)。本研究旨在觀察福辛普利聯(lián)合不同劑量葉酸對(duì)老年H型高血壓的療效。
[Abstract]:150 patients with type H hypertension were randomly divided into three groups, all of them were given fosinopril 10 mg / d, the control group was not given folic acid tablets, folic acid treatment group A was treated with folic acid 0.8 mg / d, folic acid treatment group B was given folic acid 5 mg / d, and the blood pressure of the three groups was significantly decreased one year after treatment, and there was no significant difference between the three groups. Folic acid tablets combined with fosinopril had no synergistic antihypertensive effect. Folic acid tablets could significantly reduce the level of blood Hcy, but there was no significant correlation between folic acid tablets and dose. The incidence of cerebral infarction without folic acid for 1 year showed a downward trend. At present, exogenous folic acid supplementation has become an auxiliary method for the treatment of type H hypertension, but the dosage and course of folic acid supplementation have not yet reached a consensus. The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy of fosinopril combined with different doses of folic acid in the treatment of H-type hypertension in the elderly.
