【摘要】：目的:研究芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊聯(lián)合果糖對(duì)慢性心力衰竭血漿心肌酶譜、總抗氧化能力及心肌灌注的影響。方法:選取我院2011年7月至2014年7月慢性心力衰竭患者106例,按照入院順序編號(hào),采取隨機(jī)數(shù)表法將患者分為觀察組與對(duì)照組兩組,每組53例。對(duì)照組患者在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上給予果糖治療,觀察組患者在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊治療,比較兩組患者臨床治療有效率以及血漿心肌酶譜、總抗氧化能力及心肌灌注指標(biāo)的變化情況。結(jié)果:觀察組患者臨床治療總有效率為92.45%,較對(duì)照組77.6%明顯為高。兩組治療后天門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脫氫酶(LDH)、羥丁酸脫氫酶(HDBH)水平均較治療前明顯降低;觀察組患者治療后AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、HDBH水平較對(duì)照組明顯為低。觀察組患者治療8周后其總抗氧化能力(TAC)指標(biāo)水平較對(duì)照組明顯為高。兩組患者LVEF、SWT指標(biāo)水平較治療前明顯升高,WMI水平較治療前明顯為低;觀察組患者治療后LVEF、SWT水平較對(duì)照組明顯為高,WMI水平較對(duì)照組明顯為低。結(jié)論:芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊聯(lián)合果糖治療慢性心力衰竭療效顯著,患者的血漿心肌酶譜水平降低,總抗氧化能力提高,心肌灌注能力得到改善,心功能得到改善,值得臨床應(yīng)用推廣。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with fructose on plasma myocardial zymogram, total antioxidant capacity and myocardial perfusion in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 106 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 53) and control group (n = 53). The patients in the control group were treated with fructose on the basis of routine treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule on the basis of the control group. The clinical effective rate, plasma myocardial zymogram, total antioxidant capacity and myocardial perfusion index were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 92.45%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.6%). The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HDBH) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,HDBH levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment. The (TAC) index level of total antioxidant capacity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment. The level of LVEF,SWT in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the level of WMI in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment, and the level of WMI in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with fructose is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure. The level of plasma myocardial zymogram is decreased, the total antioxidant capacity is increased, the myocardial perfusion ability is improved, and the cardiac function is improved, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
