【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)老齡化的加快,動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)生率逐年升高。目前認(rèn)為動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化是一種慢性炎癥反應(yīng),而內(nèi)皮損傷則是其始動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)。糖蛋白是一種具有多種生物活性的物質(zhì),它的異常表達(dá)一方面可以作為內(nèi)皮損傷的標(biāo)志物,為臨床檢測(cè)帶來了極大的便利;另一方面又可能成為臨床治療心血管疾病的靶點(diǎn)。本文就內(nèi)皮損傷致動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化時(shí)糖蛋白的變化作一綜述。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of social aging, the incidence of atherosclerosis increases year by year. At present, atherosclerosis is considered to be a chronic inflammatory reaction, and endothelial injury is its initiation. Glycoprotein is a kind of substance with many biological activities. On the one hand, its abnormal expression can be used as a marker of endothelial injury, which brings great convenience for clinical detection; on the other hand, it may become a target for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, the changes of glycoproteins in atherosclerosis induced by endothelial injury are reviewed.
