餐后低血壓危險(xiǎn)因素的臨床研究

【摘要】:目的:了解不同年齡段住院患者餐后低血壓(PPH)的發(fā)病情況及臨床特點(diǎn),探討PPH的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法:隨機(jī)抽取2015年1-6月在我院住院的430例患者,利用24h動(dòng)態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測(cè)儀檢測(cè)患者3餐前后的血壓。結(jié)果:住院患者PPH患病率為52.09%。早、中、晚餐PPH的患病率分別為38.14%、19.10%、12.56%,PPH最常發(fā)生于早餐后(P0.05)。50歲、50~59歲、60~69歲、70~79歲、≥80歲患者PPH的患病率分別為33.30%、37.00%、57.50%、69.40%、71.40%,年齡越大,PPH患病率越高(P0.05),但Logistic回歸分析提示,年齡不是PPH的危險(xiǎn)因素,高血壓、吸煙與PPH呈正相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:PPH在住院患者中很常見(jiàn),不僅好發(fā)于老年人,成年人也可發(fā)生。早餐后PPH最常見(jiàn)。吸煙、高血壓是PPH的危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the incidence and clinical characteristics of postprandial hypotension (PPH) in inpatients of different ages, and to explore the risk factors of PPH. Methods: 430 patients hospitalized in our hospital from January to June 2015 were randomly selected and their blood pressure was measured by 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitor before and after 3 meals.
