肌球蛋白調(diào)節(jié)性輕鏈磷酸化在慢性心力衰竭發(fā)生機制中的作用

【摘要】:胚胎時期,肌球蛋白調(diào)節(jié)性輕鏈2(myosin regulatory light chain,MYL2)在心臟的發(fā)育與功能方面扮演著重要角色。MYL2(也稱MLC2)的基因突變與肥厚型心肌病有關。MYL2突變可影響肌球蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,導致肥厚型心肌病、擴張型心肌病甚至慢性心力衰竭的發(fā)生。同時,MYL2的磷酸化在心肌收縮、心室扭轉(zhuǎn)、心臟功能和疾病方面也發(fā)揮著重要作用。
[Abstract]:During embryonic stage, myosin regulatory light chain 2 (myosin regulatory light chain, MYL2) plays an important role in cardiac development and function. MYL2 (also known as MLC2) gene mutation is related to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. MYL2 mutation can affect the structure and function of myosin, leading to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Dilated cardiomyopathy and even chronic heart failure. At the same time, phosphorylation of MYL2 also plays an important role in myocardial contraction, ventricular torsion, cardiac function and disease.
