【摘要】：目的探討超聲心動圖評價心力衰竭模型大鼠心功能及其與大鼠血清B型鈉尿肽(BNP)的關(guān)系。方法將80只雄性SD大鼠隨機分為手術(shù)組(50只)與正常對照組(30只),手術(shù)組行左冠狀動脈前降支結(jié)扎術(shù)進行心力衰竭造模,正常對照組不給予任何手術(shù)處理,術(shù)前及術(shù)后50 d記錄大鼠體重變化;在術(shù)后50 d采用超聲心動儀對大鼠心臟的左室舒張末期內(nèi)徑(LVIDd)、左室收縮末期內(nèi)徑(LVIDs)、左室后壁厚度(LVPW)及室間隔厚度(IVS)進行測量,計算左室射血分數(shù)(LVEF)和左室內(nèi)徑縮短率(LVFS),測定大鼠血清BNP含量,比較心功能改變與大鼠血清BNP含量的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果手術(shù)組與正常對照組大鼠心功能相比,LVIDd、LVIDs顯著增高,LVPW、IVS、LVEF、LVFS均顯著下降,血清BNP含量明顯增高(均P0.05)。Pearson相關(guān)性分析顯示,大鼠血清BNP含量與LVPW、IVS、LVEF、LVFS呈負相關(guān)(P0.05),與LVIDd、LVIDs呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論超聲心動圖對心力衰竭大鼠的心功能改變評價結(jié)果良好,且心功能的改變與大鼠血清BNP含量存在相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the relationship between heart function and serum B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) in rats with heart failure by echocardiography. Methods 80 male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: operation group (n = 50) and normal control group (n = 30). The model of heart failure was made by ligation of left anterior descending branch of coronary artery in the operation group, and no surgical treatment was given to the normal control group. The weight changes of rats were recorded before and 50 days after operation. The left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVIDd), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVIDs), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPW) and interventricular septum thickness (IVS) were measured by echocardiography on the 50th day after operation. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular diameter shortening rate (LVFS),) were calculated to determine the serum BNP content in rats. The correlation between the changes of cardiac function and the serum BNP content in rats was compared. Results compared with normal control group, LVIDd,LVIDs increased significantly, LVPW,IVS,LVEF,LVFS decreased significantly and serum BNP increased significantly in the operation group (P0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum BNP content and LVPW,IVS, in the rats were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). LVEF,LVFS was negatively correlated (P0.05) and positively correlated with LVIDd,LVIDs (P0.05). Conclusion Echocardiography has good results in evaluating the changes of heart function in rats with heart failure, and there is a correlation between the changes of heart function and the content of serum BNP in rats.
