一氧化氮信號(hào)通路與血管功能

【摘要】:一氧化氮-環(huán)磷鳥(niǎo)苷-依賴蛋白激酶信號(hào)通路是血管功能調(diào)制的關(guān)鍵機(jī)制之一,本文對(duì)這一機(jī)制近年來(lái)來(lái)研究進(jìn)展,特別是相關(guān)信號(hào)分子二聚體化的氧化還原調(diào)節(jié)及生理意義,及可溶性鳥(niǎo)苷酸環(huán)化酶催化產(chǎn)生的環(huán)磷肌苷作為一個(gè)新的血管收縮信使分子作簡(jiǎn)要介紹。
[Abstract]:Nitric oxide-cyclic guanosine-dependent protein kinase signaling pathway is one of the key mechanisms of vascular function modulation. In this paper, this mechanism has been studied in recent years, especially the redox regulation and physiological significance of related signal molecule dimerization. Cyclophosphonine catalyzed by soluble guanylate cyclase was briefly introduced as a new vasoconstrictor messenger molecule.
