【摘要】:正2016年8月美國心臟協(xié)會(American Heart Association,AHA)發(fā)布了關(guān)于兒童添加糖與心血管病風險的科學聲明,建議2~18歲的兒童和青少年每天的添加糖攝入不能6勺(25g),年齡2歲的兒童應(yīng)盡量避免攝入添加糖。同樣,第8版美國膳食指南以及世界衛(wèi)生組織建議也提出將成人和兒童游離糖攝入量降至攝入總能量的10%以下,甚至是5%以下。何為添加糖?根據(jù)美國農(nóng)業(yè)部定義,包括用作食
