應(yīng)用血流向量成像技術(shù)研究原發(fā)性高血壓左室能量損耗

【摘要】:本研究旨在運用血流向量成像技術(shù)(VFM)研究原發(fā)性高血壓患者左心室能量損耗差異,盡早檢出流場力學(xué)異常的高血壓患者,早期預(yù)防靶器官損害,并初步探索反映原發(fā)性高血壓患者心臟舒縮功能變化的新方法。納入健康志愿者22例、左室心肌質(zhì)量指數(shù)(LVMI)正常的高血壓患者14例及LVMI升高的高血壓患者21例作為研究對象,分別行常規(guī)超聲心動圖、VFM檢查及雙頻脈沖多普勒檢查。結(jié)果顯示高血壓病例組的左室能量損耗明顯高于正常組(P0.05),且舒張期能量損耗=0.439×SBP(收縮壓) 8.349,收縮期能量損耗=0.385×SBP+0.644×LVMI 10.854;左室舒縮期能量損耗與E/e'相關(guān),但與左室射血分數(shù)(EF)不相關(guān)。研究表明左室能量損耗有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)高血壓患者流場力學(xué)變化;左室能量損耗變化是否能成為評估左室舒張功能的新指標(biāo),尚需深入研究;SBP是舒張期能量損耗的獨立預(yù)測因素,LVMI及SBP是收縮期能量損耗的獨立預(yù)測因素。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to study the difference of left ventricular energy loss in patients with essential hypertension by using the blood flow vector imaging technique (VFM), to check out the hypertension patients with abnormal flow field mechanics as early as possible, and to prevent the damage of target organs in the early stage.
