【摘要】:動脈粥樣斑塊中泡沫細(xì)胞的形成與巨噬細(xì)胞膽固醇的轉(zhuǎn)運密切相關(guān),巨噬細(xì)胞膽固醇轉(zhuǎn)運是膽固醇逆轉(zhuǎn)運中的一個重要過程,它可清除外周組織過多的膽固醇,對維持細(xì)胞內(nèi)膽固醇穩(wěn)定、延緩動脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)生發(fā)展有著重要意義.這個過程涉及到許多轉(zhuǎn)運相關(guān)蛋白的作用,如三磷酸腺苷結(jié)合盒轉(zhuǎn)運體A1/G1、載脂蛋白A-Ⅰ、膽固醇脂轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白、卵磷脂膽固醇酰基轉(zhuǎn)移酶等.本文就巨噬細(xì)胞膽固醇轉(zhuǎn)運過程中相關(guān)蛋白的作用做一綜述,以期為動脈粥樣硬化相關(guān)疾病的防治研究提供新的思路.
