【摘要】：肺動(dòng)脈高壓是指由各種原因引起的肺血管床結(jié)構(gòu)和/或功能的改變,導(dǎo)致以肺血管阻力進(jìn)行性升高為特點(diǎn)的臨床綜合癥。最終致使右室擴(kuò)張,引起心力衰竭,甚至死亡。近年來(lái),靶向藥物的出現(xiàn)使肺動(dòng)脈高壓患者預(yù)后得到明顯改善。本文概括介紹肺動(dòng)脈高壓靶向藥物的治療進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Pulmonary hypertension is a clinical syndrome characterized by the progressive increase of pulmonary vascular resistance due to changes in the structure and / or function of pulmonary vascular beds caused by various causes. It eventually causes right ventricular dilatation, heart failure, and even death. In recent years, the appearance of targeted drugs has improved the prognosis of patients with pulmonary hypertension. This article reviews the progress in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension with targeted drugs.
