介入超聲印壓系統(tǒng)對活體舒張心肌黏彈性的檢測作用

【摘要】:目的探討介入超聲印壓系統(tǒng)(IUIS)對活體心臟舒張期舒張心肌黏彈性的檢測作用。方法應用IUIS以印壓法對陳舊性心肌梗死模型組(OMI組,n=8)和假手術組(n=8)犬在舒張期進行印壓蠕變實驗,以三參量固體黏彈性模型擬合實驗數(shù)據(jù),提取舒張心肌瞬時彈性模量(E_1)、松弛模量(E_∞)、蠕變彈性模量(E_2)、黏性阻尼系數(shù)(η)等黏彈性參數(shù),并進行比較。結果 OMI組E_1、E_∞、E_2、η參數(shù)(分別為27.81±6.74k Pa、17.87±3.59k Pa、49.54±14.35k Pa、1.97±0.78Pa.s)與假手術組(分別為6.78±2.43k Pa、4.52±1.56k Pa、16.82±12.37k Pa、0.66±0.40Pa.s)比較均明顯增加,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論 IUIS系統(tǒng)及其印壓蠕變實驗方法可用于活體舒張心肌黏彈性的評估。三參量固體黏彈性模型可用于描述舒張心肌蠕變特性。梗死心肌彈性模量和黏性阻力增加。
