【摘要】：通過(guò)研究國(guó)內(nèi)不同地區(qū)高血壓免費(fèi)給藥政策的制定、實(shí)施效果,發(fā)現(xiàn)各地高血壓免費(fèi)給藥政策執(zhí)行后,患者服藥依從性均有不同程度的提高;但患者血壓的控制效果不盡相同,建議從改進(jìn)或增加藥物種類(lèi)、改善藥物發(fā)放方式、核定受益對(duì)象納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、增加對(duì)管理方面的投入、完善發(fā)藥人員考評(píng)機(jī)制等方面優(yōu)化政策。
[Abstract]:By studying the formulation and effect of the free administration policy of hypertension in different regions of China, it is found that the compliance of patients with free administration of hypertension has been improved to some extent after the implementation of the policy of free administration of hypertension. But the control effect of patients' blood pressure is not the same. It is suggested to optimize the policy from improving or increasing the kinds of drugs, improving the way of drug distribution, checking and approving the beneficiaries into the standard, increasing the input in the management, perfecting the evaluation mechanism of the dispensers, and so on.
