【摘要】：目的了解遼寧省盤錦市大洼縣高血壓患者治療情況及其影響因素,為提高高血壓患者的治療率提供參考依據(jù)。方法于2014年11—12月采用整群隨機抽樣方法在大洼縣唐家鎮(zhèn)、圈河鎮(zhèn)和田家鎮(zhèn)抽取2 230例高血壓患者進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果大洼縣2 230例高血壓患者中,近2周規(guī)律服用降壓藥物者1 119例,高血壓患者治療率為50.18%;1 119例高血壓治療者中,服用1種降壓藥物者1 010例(90.3%),服用≥2種降壓藥物者109例(9.7%);高血壓患者最常服用的3種藥物主要為復方制劑、鈣離子拮抗劑和血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)化酶抑制劑,分別為397、393和229例,分別占高血壓治療者的35.5%、35.1%和20.5%;多因素非條件logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,女性、患高血壓年限≥1年、有高血壓家族史和高血壓合并癥的高血壓患者治療率較高。結(jié)論大洼縣高血壓患者治療率較低,性別、患高血壓年限、有無高血壓家族史和合并癥是影響大洼縣高血壓患者治療情況的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the treatment of hypertension patients and its influencing factors in Dawa County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, so as to provide a reference for improving the treatment rate of hypertension patients. Methods A total of 2,230 patients with hypertension were selected from Tangjia Town, Huanghe Town and Tianjia Town in Dawa County by cluster random sampling from November to December 2014. Results among 2230 cases of hypertension in Dawa County, 1 119 cases took antihypertensive drugs regularly in the last 2 weeks, and the treatment rate of hypertension patients was 50.18%. 1010 cases (90.3%) took one antihypertensive drug and 109 cases (9.7%) took more than 2 kinds of antihypertensive drugs. The three kinds of drugs used most frequently in patients with hypertension were compound preparation calcium antagonist and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (397393 cases) accounting for 35.51% and 20.5% of hypertensive patients respectively. The results of multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the treatment rate of hypertension patients with hypertension family history and complicated hypertension was higher in women with hypertension years 鈮，
