【摘要】：遺傳性橢圓形紅細胞增多癥(HE)是一種遺傳性溶血性貧血疾病,是近年研究熱點,國際上發(fā)表很多有關HE的研究報道,而國內關于HE的相關性研究甚少�，F就HE的臨床表現、發(fā)病機制、實驗室檢查研究進展展開綜述,希望提高國內廣大醫(yī)師對HE的認識,合理選擇實驗室檢查,提高對HE的診斷水平。
[Abstract]:Hereditary elliptic polycythemia (HE) is a kind of hereditary hemolytic anemia disease, which is a hot research topic in recent years. There are many reports about HE in the world, but there are few studies on the correlation of HE in China. In this paper, the clinical manifestation, pathogenesis and progress of laboratory examination of HE are reviewed in order to improve the understanding of HE among doctors in China, to select laboratory examination reasonably and to improve the diagnostic level of HE.
