【摘要】：遺傳性橢圓形紅細(xì)胞增多癥(HE)是一種遺傳性溶血性貧血疾病,是近年研究熱點(diǎn),國(guó)際上發(fā)表很多有關(guān)HE的研究報(bào)道,而國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于HE的相關(guān)性研究甚少。現(xiàn)就HE的臨床表現(xiàn)、發(fā)病機(jī)制、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查研究進(jìn)展展開綜述,希望提高國(guó)內(nèi)廣大醫(yī)師對(duì)HE的認(rèn)識(shí),合理選擇實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查,提高對(duì)HE的診斷水平。
[Abstract]:Hereditary elliptic polycythemia (HE) is a kind of hereditary hemolytic anemia disease, which is a hot research topic in recent years. There are many reports about HE in the world, but there are few studies on the correlation of HE in China. In this paper, the clinical manifestation, pathogenesis and progress of laboratory examination of HE are reviewed in order to improve the understanding of HE among doctors in China, to select laboratory examination reasonably and to improve the diagnostic level of HE.
