他汀類藥物對動脈粥樣硬化的療效研究

【摘要】:目的 探討他汀類藥物對動脈粥樣硬化患者的療效及其作用機(jī)制。方法 選取該院收治的動脈粥樣硬化患者104例,隨機(jī)分為對照組、辛伐他汀組、普伐他汀組、阿托伐他汀組,分別給藥治療。測定4組患者在治療前和治療6個月后的的三酰甘油(TG)、總膽固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDC-C)水平,同時測定其雙側(cè)總動脈內(nèi)膜-中層的厚度、粥樣斑塊的最大直徑和厚度,用分光光度計檢測血液中一氧化氮NO和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)的含量,并統(tǒng)計患者出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)的例數(shù)。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組在治療后TG、TC和LDC-C值呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,HDL-C值呈上升趨勢,與對照組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),而辛伐他汀組、普伐他汀組、阿托伐他汀組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療有效率高達(dá)70.08%,與對照組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組的IMT及斑塊的最大直徑與治療前比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),而各組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組NO及NOS水平與治療前及對照組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),實(shí)驗(yàn)組NO和NOS水平升高。隨訪結(jié)果表明,他汀類藥物在使用過程中安全有效。結(jié)論 他汀類藥物治療動脈粥樣硬化安全、有效、可靠,并能有效調(diào)節(jié)患者血液中NO、NOS含量,值得在臨床上大力推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of statins on atherosclerosis and its mechanism. Methods 104 patients with atherosclerosis were randomly divided into control group, simvastatin group, pravastatin group and Atto vastatin group. The levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDC-C) were measured before and 6 months after treatment in the four groups. At the same time, the thickness of intima-media, the maximum diameter and thickness of atherosclerotic plaques were measured. The contents of nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in blood were measured by spectrophotometer. The number of patients with adverse reactions was counted. Results after treatment, the TG,TC and LDC-C values of the experimental group showed a downward trend, while the HDL-C value showed an increasing trend, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), while that of simvastatin group and pravastatin group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in Atto vastatin group (P0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was as high as 70.08, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The IMT and the maximum diameter of plaque in the experimental group were significantly different from those before treatment (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between each group (P0.05). The levels of NO and NOS in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before treatment and in the control group (P0.05). The levels of NO and NOS in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. Follow-up results showed that statins were safe and effective during use. Conclusion statins are safe, effective and reliable in the treatment of atherosclerosis, and can effectively regulate the content of NO,NOS in the blood of patients.
