【摘要】：動脈粥樣硬化是動脈血管壁長期漸進(jìn)性的炎性病理過程。動脈粥樣硬化斑塊破裂及血栓形成所引起的急性心血管事件,嚴(yán)重威脅人類健康及生命。近年來中性粒細(xì)胞在動脈粥樣硬化中的作用受到廣泛關(guān)注。活化的中性粒細(xì)胞向胞外釋放網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),即中性粒細(xì)胞胞外陷阱網(wǎng)。中性粒細(xì)胞胞外陷阱網(wǎng)在自身免疫疾病、急性肺損傷、深靜脈血栓等疾病中具有致病作用。大量研究表明中性粒細(xì)胞胞外陷阱網(wǎng)與動脈粥樣硬化及血栓形成相關(guān),其標(biāo)志物可以作為冠心病的預(yù)測因子,預(yù)測心臟主要不良事件及疾病預(yù)后。本文將就中性粒細(xì)胞胞外陷阱網(wǎng)在動脈粥樣硬化進(jìn)展中的作用進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Atherosclerosis is a long-term progressive inflammatory pathological process of arterial wall. Acute cardiovascular events caused by rupture of atherosclerotic plaques and thrombosis seriously threaten human health and life. In recent years, the role of neutrophils in atherosclerosis has received wide attention. Activated neutrophils release reticular structure into the extracellular neutrophils, that is, neutrophil extracellular trap networks. Neutrophil extracellular trap networks play a role in autoimmune diseases, acute lung injury, deep venous thrombosis and other diseases. A large number of studies have shown that the neutrophil extracellular trap network is associated with atherosclerosis and thrombosis, and its markers can be used as a predictor of coronary heart disease, predicting major adverse events of the heart and prognosis of the disease. This review reviews the role of neutrophil extracellular trap networks in the progression of atherosclerosis.
